Job summary

The Reformation Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, standardize processes, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will assist with inventory control, inbound shipments, omni-channel orders, markdowns, and back-of-house organization while upholding brand standards. The role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, at least 3 days (including weekends), and a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fast-paced, creative service environments.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience in sales or retail operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support operational efforts to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track and manage in-store inventory accurately.
• Receive, process, and organize inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks including transfers, shipments and omni-channel orders.
• Handle shipment processing and back-of-house organization.
• Assist with markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets for maintenance and presentation.
• Organize store supplies and ensure brand standards in back-of-house.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms and purchases per brand standards.
• Replenish selling floor to maintain visual standards and inventory levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising when new products arrive and as needed.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins as directed.
• Assist in capturing customer experience feedback and support loss prevention.
