Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, standardize processes, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will help with inventory control and ensuring a positive shopping experience, aligning with brand standards.

The role involves assisting with inventory, shipments, markdowns, and visual merchandising tasks to support store goals in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule, weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately and process inbound shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks including back-of-house transfers and omni-channel orders.
• Process shipments: receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging, and organizing.
