Job summary

Reformation is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to support online retail daily. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, handling returns and coordinating customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain inventory processes, support omni-channel orders, and help meet selling targets while upholding Reformation’s values and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital tech.
• Experience in sales or retail or operationally intensive business.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Driven, self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately.
• Receive and process inbound inventory; manage transfers, shipments and omni-channel orders.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve order issues.
• Meet selling targets via phone and email in line with Reformation standards.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Bring an ambitious, passionate attitude daily.
• Reflect Reformation's core values in all efforts.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, productive work environment.
