Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate for the Cabazon Outlet to support daily operations, inventory control, and a positive shopping experience. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least 3 days, including weekends, with a flexible schedule.

You will help with in-store processes, shipments, markdowns, and visual merchandising while upholding brand standards. You will contribute to loss prevention, maintain front/back of house organization, and support

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track, receive and process inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory related tasks with attention to detail.
• Complete shipment processing and organize back of house.
• Support markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets for maintenance and organization.
• Organize store supplies and maintain brand standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms and purchases.
• Replenish the sales floor to meet brand standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising as new products arrive.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins as directed.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts and uphold time/attendance policy.
