Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, contracts, and DMV docs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles, payoffs, and funding docs.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receipts, deposits, and security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
