Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outgoing packages and curbside orders
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties
• Conduct stock checks and keep stockroom organized
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and accessible to customers
• Deliver excellent service and uphold company standards
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, involve management as needed
• Support store safety standards and training
• Contribute to store profitability and operational excellence
• Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling
• Inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs
