Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in New Jersey. This role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency, working with the Operations & Visual Management team to complete tasks and provide feedback for optimal store results.

You will execute inventory, support shipments and replenishment, maintain strong visual standards, and use metrics to inform business-driven decisions while ensuring customer satisfaction on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric, sales & operational environment preferred.
• Ability to move constantly in the store and assist guests.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and physical tasks typical of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and visual standards.
