Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure product availability, and maintain clean, compliant selling spaces. The role partners with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to align on performance, people, and processes.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, and inventory procedures, with a focus on guest experience and loss prevention. Flexible schedule and commitment to store standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
