Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will maintain stocked fixtures, assist guests, and uphold cleanliness standards across the sales floor and backroom.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandising sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
