Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. The role focuses on stocking, cleaning, and executing store procedures to drive sales and maintain standards.

Responsibilities include merchandise resets, planograms, inventory procedures, and ensuring testers and displays are ready. Flexible scheduling and adherence to policies are required. Benefits available for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta tools.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; ensure testers are available.
