• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support peers and guests, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
