Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with tasks to drive performance and compliance.

This role requires basic tech comfort, the ability to work independently or on a team, and flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma preferred; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
