Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow procedures, and drive performance. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required; basic technology skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and ensure product is available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory counts and procedures.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, and marketing displays; use company technology and best practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets through loss-prevention best practices.
