Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers.

The role focuses on performance, people, and processes with attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include merchandising resets, inventory, shipment processing, and ensuring testers and displays are ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and store clean to support sales goals.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and assist with shipments and replenishment.
• Follow policies, dress code, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays and inventory procedures.
