Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow procedures, and participate in training to drive sales and maintain store standards, including adherence to dress code and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
