Job summary

You will support omnichannel initiatives, execute merchandising plans, unload shipments, and learn store processes from leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to move quickly and assist customers while handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn store processes and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – assist customers and answer questions on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing – adjust ticket prices and signage accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prep it in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and organization.
• Support omnichannel initiatives including BOPIS, ship from store, and returns.
• Execute merchandising plans to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
