JCPenney in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Operations Associate to create an outstanding customer experience by performing in-store operations before opening. This is an early morning role worked with a team to prepare merchandise, pricing, and shelves.

You will handle customer service, pricing, replenishment, backroom organization, and omnichannel tasks while upholding merchandising standards to ensure customers find what they need and enjoy a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience or equivalent.
• Results oriented: drive sales, profit and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer service across the store, engaging customers with a positive attitude.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock to ensure the right styles and sizes are on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare backroom inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized backroom standards.
• Contribute to omnichannel efforts (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Returns).
• Follow merchandising plans to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and learning environments.
