Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of retail office experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to sell in a commission environment
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedural compliance with company policies and procedures for all transactions
• Implement company programs and initiatives (extended warranty sales, in-store signage, pricing and merchandising tagging)
• Provide direction, leadership and motivation to help the store achieve sales and profit goals
• Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals by working on the sales floor
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent
