Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily retail office operations and assist the store in achieving sales and profit goals. You will drive programs, provide direction, and motivate the team while supporting store targets.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of retail office experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with PC/POS systems, along with strong communication and organizational skills and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of retail office experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to sell in a commission environment.
• Experience using a PC or POS system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Procedural compliance to ensure that all transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Successful implementation of company programs and initiatives (including extended warranty sales, in-store signage, pricing and merchandising tagging).
• Providing the direction, leadership, and motivation necessary to assist the store in achieving sales and profit goals.
• Achieving personal sales and extended warranty goals by working on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
