Job summary

You will lead office personnel, ensure adherence to procedures, AML controls, and balance cash and records, while supporting store operations and compliance. This position offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two+ years related experience.
• Must obtain HIPAA, AML, and related certifications as required.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and state alcohol, tobacco, and lottery laws.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Oversee AML and other money regulations in money orders, check cashing, etc.
• Conduct daily office audits, deposit records, and run reports as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance cash and safe funds.
• Investigate and report store overages/shortages to management.
• Review cashier reports for variances and maintain office records.
• Coordinate with retail staff to resolve office-related issues.
• Generate and balance records detailing purchases and transactions; file documents.
• Stay current on tender policies for checks, credit, debit, coupons, EBT, etc.
