Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking an Office Manager who will oversee money flow, cash handling, and customer service from the store office. You will train staff, ensure AML compliance, and coordinate office duties including deposits, reports, and record keeping.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience, and are able to obtain HIPAA, AML, and relevant certifications within 2 weeks of starting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification within 2 weeks where applicable.
• AML certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees money flow in and out of store and processes customer transactions in office.
• Trains and develops partners, schedules and directs work with upper management.
• Ensures AML and other money regulations compliance including money orders and Western Union.
• Performs daily office audits, verifies bank deposits, and runs reports as needed.
• Balances cash drawers and maintains accurate money counts.
• Investigates discrepancies and reports to Store Director.
• Maintains office records and coordinates with retail support to resolve issues.
• Responds to customer inquiries and maintains a friendly service attitude.
