Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) seeks an Office Supervisor to oversee money flow and customer transactions in the store office. You will lead office staff, ensure compliance with AML and related regulations, and support hourly associates with daily cash handling and records.

Based in Tyler, Texas, BGC operates over 215 stores across TX, LA, AR, OK and offers strong growth, benefits, and a culture of community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years of related experience are required.
• HIPAA, AML, and Tobacco/Alcohol certifications must be obtained within 2 weeks of starting.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Ensure AML and other regulations are followed in money handling.
• Perform daily office audits and bank deposit verifications.
• Balance cash drawers and safeguard funds.
• Investigate cash variances and report to Store Director.
• Maintain accurate purchase and transaction records.
