Rooms To Go is seeking an Outlet Office Assistant to support sales teams and store management in our offices. Responsibilities include processing payments, handling deliveries questions, answering phones, and assisting with a variety of office duties.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, based on experience. The role offers chances to grow within a national furniture retailer with benefits after hours worked and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates and store management in office tasks.
• Process payments and finance applications; answer delivery questions.
