Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a Retail Office Assistant to support the sales team and customers in the store office. You will assist store management, process payments and finance applications, answer delivery questions, and help with customer care while answering phones and handling various office duties.

Starting pay is $15 to $16 per hour with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), employee discounts, life insurance, paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Over one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates, customers, and store management in the office.
• Process payments and finance applications; answer delivery questions.
• Assist with customer care responsibilities and answer phones.
• Perform various other office duties as assigned.
