Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to support the offices of our retail stores. Responsibilities include assisting sales associates, customers, and store management, processing payments and financing applications, answering delivery questions, and handling phones and other office tasks.

The role offers starting pay of $15–$16 per hour, with benefits based on hours worked, plus associate discounts on Rooms To Go furniture. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Over one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
