Job summary

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to support sales teams, customers, and store management in store offices. The role involves handling payments, processing finance applications, answering delivery questions, and performing various other office duties.

Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour with benefits based on hours worked. Strong customer service, communication, and basic MS Office skills are preferred; an HS diploma or equivalent is required, with over a year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Over one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates, customers, and store management.
