T-Mobile in Minnesota is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Associate to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers along their shopping journey while delivering a high-quality, friendly experience. 6 months of prior experience is preferred; High School diploma required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and learn products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
