99 Ranch Market is seeking candidates for the Management in Training (MIT) program in Glendale, AZ. This short-term transitional role trains MITs to become Assistant Store Managers within approximately 5–6 months based on performance and progression.

Responsibilities include overseeing store departments, driving sales and merchandising standards, and ensuring safety and customer service excellence. The program welcomes motivated individuals with relevant education and managerial potential.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree in Business Administration or related fields is required.
• 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent in a retail setting is required.
• Bilingual English with Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler's certificate is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store activities across departments to meet standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold company values.
• Support store manager with sales and cost data to improve plans.
• Supervise pricing, inventory, and store presentation within budget.
• Ensure safety, security, and loss prevention compliance.
• Coordinate staff schedules, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Evaluate department performance and reward outstanding employees.
• Investigate customer and employee complaints and address issues.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
