99 Ranch Market is offering a Management in Training (MIT) program to prepare candidates for promotion to Assistant Store Manager. The role spans multiple store locations with rotations and rigorous hands-on training.

Program duration is short-term with potential advancement in 6-8 months based on performance and learning progress, alongside responsibilities across operations, staffing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related fields is required.
• 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent in a retail setting is required.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler's certificate beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store department activities and support as directed by the Store Manager.
• Provide exemplary customer service and model company values.
• Analyze sales and cost data with Store Manager to improve sales and productivity.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and store presentation within budgetary limits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention policies.
