Job summary

• Lead truck execution for unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing to needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization to improve in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotions.
• Execute Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with accuracy.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction through proper procedures.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill building.
