Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Pitt-Waterfront store in Pennsylvania to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead workload planning, manage replenishment, and uphold a clean, organized store while coaching team

Qualifications

3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead merchandising and store operations, ensuring SOP adherence and policy compliance.
Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing and visual standards.
Provide MOD coverage, maintain service levels and operational continuity.
Manage workload planning, staffing alignment, and daily task prioritization.
Drive in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and proper backroom organization.
Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processing.
Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
