Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and ensures accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, locks, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures strong customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and team performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity processes.
