Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Receiving and Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience across our stores.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proper tagging, backroom organization, and adherence to safety and loss-prevention practices. You will support training for Associates, coordinate with store leadership, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensures customer experience is positive and store is organized
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing
• Manages back stock and ensures proper tagging and placement
• Maintains signage and merchandising philosophy
• Coordinates with management on priorities and offers feedback
