Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Retail Associate to support receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and train teammates on established principles.

Ideal candidates have one year of retail experience and at least six months in a leadership role, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task during busy shifts

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
Promote safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention practices.
