Job summary

Michaels NORTH CONWAY, NH seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and in-store presentation to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead SOP adherence, support MOD coverage, and coach team members while maintaining stock and promotional readiness in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store teams and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and in-stock processes.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, sorting, and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage pricing changes and ensure pricing integrity across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes for accuracy.
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
