Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our NORTH CONWAY, NH location. The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to maintain a customer-ready store environment.

The position focuses on accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, workload planning, and inventory management, with responsibility for training team members and maintaining asset protection practices.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and stock movement to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards to company expectations.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
