Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule and maximize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly and act on insights.
• Lead training, development, and coaching to build a high-performing team.
