Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Retail management: inventory, merchandising directives, service culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and productivity.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting.
• Lead makeup/skincare demos to drive sales and guest service.
