Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets and control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, drive service culture, and execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize schedules and communicate needs to the GM.
• Review and react to store financial and operational reporting in a timely manner.
• Lead guest engagement programs and coaching to achieve APG metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code.
