• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasting and budgets to schedule and optimize payroll and workload.
• Review financial and operational reporting to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to boost sales and guest experience.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
• Train, coach, and develop associates to enable growth and performance.
