Qualifications

• Merchandising: implement directives and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule optimization using forecasts and payroll budgets within budget.
