Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure store policies, standards, and conditions are met.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely; maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment processes.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving accurately; inventory adjustments as needed.
• Manage damages procedures with shrink reduction focus.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
