Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead store operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and uphold SOPs and policies.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely store flow.
• Own workload planning and coordinate staffing with leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and in-stock optimization.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain customer-ready environment.
• Train and coach team members.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
