Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store teams and ensure SOP compliance.
• Experience with planograms and visual standards in merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and merchandise movement.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional execution on the selling floor.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment and accurate order processing.
• Maintain inventory control, stock accuracy, and shrink reduction.
