Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price, big box, or multi-unit retail.
• Experience directing store operations and leading teams to deliver a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide floor supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and pricing accuracy of merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and adherence to merchandising concepts.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
