You will model the company values, build strong teams, and drive results while ensuring accurate pricing, tagging, and compliance with standards.

You'll oversee promotions, floor sets, staffing support, and coordination with district and regional teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price, big box, or multi-unit retail environments.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store’s sales performance daily.
• Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Oversee floor moves and displays; maintain merchandising standards and ticketing.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example to drive results.
