Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Exton, PA seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across store floor and backroom. You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will partner with Store Manager to enforce SOPs, manage staffing, schedule, and in-stock optimization while upholding visual standards and efficient stock movement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to execute SOPs and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) and maintain in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage for accuracy and impact.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Support backroom organization and a clean, customer-ready store environment.
