Job summary

Sam's Club in San Diego, CA is seeking a guest-focused associate to deliver exceptional member service and assist with merchandising and stockroom tasks. This role emphasizes identifying member needs, guiding product selections, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will participate in store operations, including receiving deliveries, organizing the sales floor, and supporting team members with training and open-door policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, offering guidance on self-service technology, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise, resolve member issues, and promote Walmart and Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train, and provide feedback to ensure service quality and adherence to policies.
