Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and offering guidance.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and pricing to maintain an attractive sales floor.
• Support management in supervising associates and executing store processes with integrity.
• Process returns and exchanges while complying with company policies and safety standards.
• Promote Walmart products and services to meet member needs and drive sales.
