Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Provide member service and process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Promote membership programs and assist with marketing events and documentation.
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, returns, and loss prevention.
• Handle cash records, deposits, and banking transfers in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to implement processes meeting business needs.
• Lead teams, provide feedback, and model change adaptability.
